How billing works
Three things that determine your bill each month.
User starts a session
A user opens Voice Pilot inside your product and starts talking. The clock starts when the session begins — not when your page loads.
We measure active session time
We track total session duration from first message to session end. Sessions under 30 seconds are not counted. Idle time between sessions is never billed.
Minutes roll up monthly
Your included minutes are used first. Any overage is billed at your plan rate. One clean line item on your invoice — total minutes used that month.

Yes. Set a hard monthly minute cap in your dashboard. Once you hit it, Voice Pilot stops the billing clock for the rest of the period. You also get email alerts at 50%, 80%, and 100% of any cap you set.
We measure total session duration — from the first message to the session end. Sessions under 30 seconds are excluded. Minutes are rounded to the nearest second and summed monthly.
