You add knowledge entries through your dashboard. These can be product documentation, help articles, feature descriptions, or any text that describes how your product works. The agent uses this knowledge to give accurate, contextual guidance.

Voice Pilot supports multiple languages out of the box. You configure which languages your agent should support during setup, and the agent handles the rest.

Conversations are stored securely and associated with hashed identifiers. No raw end user identity is exposed. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Voice Pilot supports ticket creation as a handoff mode, with integrations planned for Intercom, Zendesk, and other popular tools. When the agent cannot resolve a question, it creates a ticket with full conversation context.
